The Hotchkiss H38 model, meticulously designed by Bergman, is a highly detailed 15mm scale miniature that accurately represents one of the more advanced French light tanks developed before and during the early stages of World War II.
 
The Hotchkiss H38 was an improved version of the earlier Hotchkiss H35, developed in response to the need for better performance and armament. Introduced in the late 1930s, the H38 featured a more powerful engine and improved armor. Initially designed as an infantry support tank, it was later used for a variety of roles due to its versatility. The H38 saw action during the Battle of France in 1940 and, following the fall of France, some were used by German forces.
