The Elefant,  was a German heavy tank destroyer used during World War II. It was named after its designer, Ferdinand Porsche. The Elefant was built on the chassis of the failed Porsche Tiger tank project and was equipped with the powerful 88mm Pak 43/2 L/71 gun. It was heavily armored and designed to destroy enemy tanks at long ranges. Despite its mechanical issues and limited production numbers, the Elefant made a significant impact on the Eastern Front and during the Battle of Anzio.
